Mark your calendar for the 41th Annual HSTPA Convention and Awards Banquet at the Clarion Waterfront Plaza Hotel in Indianapolis IN. November 26th, 2011.
Friday November 25th at 7:00 PM there will be a HSTPA Directors meeting, (anyone may attend)
Saturday November 26th at 9:00 AM is the HSTPA full membership meeting. You must be a 2011 HSTPA competing member to be eligible to vote.
Saturday November 26th 2:00-3:00PM there will be a Promoter seminar.
Saturday November 26th at 7:00 PM at the awards banquet HSTPA will crown the 2011 Stewart Seed Pulling Series Champions. The ticket price for the banquet is $25.00 per person, also if you have anything you would like to bring for door prizes please feel free.
Your tickets will be picked up at the door.
You must have your ticket and ballot form back to the HSTPA office with payment by November 5th.
You can make your hotel reservations now by calling the Clarion Hotel at (317) 299-8400. When making reservations, be sure to mention the Hoosier State Tractor Pullers to receive the group rate of $69.00 per night. The cut-off date for the group rate is November 16.
